The Fashion Design Program at BAU
The Fashion Design Program at Beirut Arab University was launched under the umbrella of The Faculty of Architecture – Design and built environment, beginning of the academic year 2016/2017.
The program provides learning opportunities that integrates critical thinking skills with a wide variety of creative experiences in the field of Fashion Design. The Fashion Design Program seeks to provide students with the highest professional standards to advance a human-centered practice of Fashion design that contributes positively to the health, safety and well-being of people in local, regional and global contexts.
The Faculty of Architecture – Design and built environment has International collaborations with Italian Institutions:
- NABA and Domus Academy – Milan, Italy.
- Lorenzo De Medici Institute – Florence, Italy.
The Faculty offers Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design where the minimum duration of study is 6 semesters.
