I chose to major in Management Information System because I feel comfortable dealing with people, technology, and information. Moreover, I can learn to make critical decisions and be part of a team. Besides, a Business Administration degree offers a variety of job opportunities in both the private and public sectors. Graduates in my major can process, test, and analyse information needed to make management decisions in a variety of businesses.
Globe: Are you satisfied with the Academic level of LGU?
Nassam: Personally, I am very satisfied with the academic level at LGU. The University offers high quality teaching for all its students. I chose LGU because it has qualified instructors, great advisors and deans, and a very friendly atmosphere. In addition to its good academic level, LGU has a friendly environment and staff always ready to deal with your academic problems.
Globe: Is it possible to get financial aid at LGU?
Nassam: To get a financial aid at LGU, you need to fill a financial aid form and the committee will study your application before granting you the aid you’re requesting. Also, LGU offers monthly settlements facilities on tuition fees. Besides, it helps students find part time jobs.
Globe: What this certificate entitles you to work in the future?
Nassam: I hope to become a leader one day or a general manager and to move up the ladder from one position to another.

Rodrigue: A business administration major at LGU was my first choice especially that it is an excellent support to build up a successful career. Despite the availability of a wide array of majors, management was the main attraction for me since it focuses on people and not just on the job. In fact, majoring in management has helped me improve my communication skills and understand the job environment better and prepares us to respond to the challenges of a fast-moving business world ruled by technology and the impact of globalization.

Rodrigue: After two years at LGU, I am fully satisfied with the academic level and appreciative of the support we get from academic and non academic staff. In fact, at LGU you feel you have a sense of belonging to a University that offers close follow-up to all its students and a very personalized approach when dealing with their problems.

Rodrigue: Besides the financial aid it offers to applicants, LGU provides easy plans for fees settlement so that working students can pay as they study without feeling pressured to fulfill their financial obligations.

Rodrigue: The degree I will get soon will surely help me tackle the market place and improve my performance every passing day. It will also entitle me to seek postgraduate degrees such as a Master’s or a Ph.D. and eventually fulfill my dream of setting up my own business.
